Based on the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya, KYC's Kids’ Teacher Training is the most comprehensive in the country.  According to the teachings of Krishnamacharya, one’s life is divided into three stages.  These stages correlate to the movement of the sun.  The sunrise corresponds to childhood and, during this period, the tools of yoga practice are adapted to promote development of a healthy body, sound mind, and honorable character.  This methodology of practice is called srstikrama.
